L’Union pour la Nation Congolaise n’a pas tardé de réagir à la décision de la cour de cassation de ce lundi 11 Avril sur son leader Vital Kamerhe.
Dans un communiqué signé par son secrétaire général Billy Kambale; l’UNC salue la décision de la cour de cassation qui annule l’arrêt de la cour d’appel de Kinshasa/Gombe condamnant l’ancien directeur de cabinet de Félix Tshisekedi à 13 ans de travaux forcés .
L’UNC note une progression manifestée dans l’effectivité de l’État de droit en RDC :
Sur décision de la cour de cassation, Vital Kamerhe sera donc rejugé devant la cour d’appel de Kinshasa/Gombe devant un tribunal qui devra revoir sa composition.
